In our quest for comprehensive project understanding, we've established a detailed Google Docs document comprising eight key steps:

1. About the Project:
   • Providing an overarching view, this section sets the stage for project exploration.
2. Problem Area and Problem Statement:
   • Identifying the specific challenges and crafting a clear problem statement.
3. Users:
   • Delving into user personas and understanding their needs, behaviors, and motivations.
4. User’s Flow and Point of View:
   • Mapping out the user journey and gaining insights from their perspective.
5. Our Vision and Responsibility:
   • Defining the project's vision and establishing our role and responsibility.
6. Scenarios:
   • Creating scenarios to enrich the understanding of project elements for clarity and coherence.
7. Information and Contents:

Following the completion of documentation, flowcharts, and wireframes, we occasionally incorporate additional methodologies such as IA and user journey.
