This Product Process can be different based on your company. The process you can see below defined just for Trendora. They were an agile team who had to deliver different kinds of product (long term products, limited time product, products that they had same experience in it, product with new subjects).

Due to a lack of communication between the tech and design teams, they were stuck in a development loop and couldn’t deliver their products on time. Additionally, they had no time and didn’t like having daily scrum stand-ups, so I reduced the meetings to twice a week and implemented time limits with specific rules.
