we've detailed the labels we use in ClickUp for better clarity. Here's a quick guide:
- To-Do → Task created but not started.
- In-Progress → Work underway on this task.
- Internal Review → Initial work done; awaiting internal feedback.
- In Revision → Initial work done; revisions needed after internal review.
- Client Review → Initial work complete, possibly internally reviewed, shared with the client for their review.
- Blocked → Task or subtask hindered by an unforeseen delay, often on the client side, needing resolution before progress.
- Deliver & Close → Minimal addition or edit needed. Task may be closed after completion.
- Complete → Task or subtask work finished.
Time Tracking Reminder: 🕒
- Utilize the time tracker or manually add task time in ClickUp for better project estimation and task allocation.
Project-specific Notes:
- When a project concludes with the design team, the "Handoff" task will be in progress, and the Team Lead will be tagged for review.
